7月22日阿皮亚诺詹蒂莱消息 - 今天的第一次训练刚刚在安杰洛·莫拉蒂体育中心结束，昨天从平佐洛回来休息一天后，加斯佩里尼带队进行技术训练，莫塔、长友佑都和萨穆埃尔加入合练。科尔多瓦、迪詹纳罗、若纳坦和里瓦斯继续各自的康复计划。


下午还有一次不公开的训练，明天在安杰洛·莫拉蒂体育中心只有一次公开训练，从16点开始。

7月23日阿皮亚诺詹蒂莱消息 - 下午的训练结束后，球队将前往波鸿参加对加拉塔萨雷的热身赛。3000多球迷来到安杰洛·莫拉蒂体育中心观看加斯佩里尼带队训练。


热身之后，球员们做了一脚出球的控球练习，打了战术练习赛，最后在小场地上11对11的比赛结束。

以下球员按各自的需要单独训练：阿利贝克、巴尔迪、贝萨、若纳坦、蒂亚戈·莫塔、里瓦斯、桑顿。

科尔多瓦膝盖手术后第一次来到训练场上，在沙坑里练习。

维维亚诺训练中左膝受伤，将接受检查，确定伤情。

加斯佩透露一个细节“斯内德对于转会传闻一度有些焦虑，但最近他在忙着适应和消化新位置（前腰改打中场）。他现在好多了。他会不会离开？我们都只考虑如何为球队工作。”

对。球队需要改进流动性（译者：跑动线路）和在前场20码区域打开进攻宽度的能力。我们需要在对方的危险地带迅速拉开阵型，以便利用好帕齐尼的抢点。简单说吧，我对目前球队的状况感到满意，在热身赛上我们的确创造出了不少机会，球队三线的距离也保持得不错，但是我们必须通过跑动创造出更多1对1的机会，而且要更好地把球控制在脚下。

你是否开始对球队施加个人的影响了？
最近我们已经为整个战术体系搭建好了框架，我们的工作还会继续下去，我们对于目前的训练感到满意。

你确定来自阿根廷和巴西的六名国脚不会参加北京超级杯吗？
我与他们沟通过，他们都想去，我想他们会随队去北京的。但是他们应该知道他们需要一些时间来休整，因为他们刚刚在一个漫长的赛季之后又马不停蹄地参加了美洲杯。所以除非有伤病或者出现转会，他们正式和球队合练的时间应该是8月7日（超级杯之后），毕竟他们需要时间来为新赛季做准备。我认为以手头的球员，我们依然是一支富有竞争力的球队，我相信我们能赢下超级杯。

Galatasaray 0-0 Inter, scoreless draw in 4th test

BOCHUM – It was the fourth pre-season summer friendly for Inter: after Trentino Team, Mezzocorona and Cremonese. Inter's opponents today were the Turkish team Galatasaray, in what was the first ever meeting between the two teams.

The rewirpowerSTADION in Bochum was sold out - 20 thousand seats - in a city that has the largest Turkish community in all of Germany. The weather conditions were hardly perfect, with a temperature slightly above 10 degrees, heavy rain, a slippery pitch and a bothersome wind.

There was an ugly scare scare after 7 minutes of play for all of Inter when Luca Castellazzi was coming off his line and upended by Colin. He was then forced to leave the pitch on a stretcher and Orlandoni took his place. Despite Eto'o hitting the post and a great header from Castaignos, neutralized by an equally perfect save from Aykut (38th minute), the first half ended 0-0. There was little excitement in the second half, interrupted after 22 minutes due to smoke from a flare, and the score line never changed.

FIRST HALF - Ranocchia, Samuel and Chivu made up the 3-man defence fielded by Gasperini, who- in addition to the Argentine – also had Nagatomo available again. Sneijder continued in his deeper midfield role. Up front the attacking trio consisted of Alvarez, Castaignos and Eto'o. For the team in yellow and red, their new addition Felipe Melo, who arrived on loan from Juventus, started on the bench.

The first chance fell to Inter after 20 seconds of play: Stankovic passed forward for Sneijder, who didn't quite manage to find the goal. On the other end Sabri responded with a right-footer from distance that was twice parried away by Castellazzi in the 5th minute. A minute later the Nerazzurri goalkeeper was unintentionally upended by Colin and awkwardly landed on his head. He stayed down and was then forced to go off on a stretcher. A substitution was inevitable and Orlandoni came on in his place. Inter's third keeper immediately took a leading role when he blocked a ball from Arda, who trapped it off his chest and tried an ambitious overhead kick in the 10th minute. There was a moment of uncertainty in the 13th minute when Samuel's back pass forced Orlandoni to hasten the clearance with Elmander lurking nearby. Three minutes later Samuel's foul on Sabri gave a free kick to Terim's Turks, but Colin's low right-footer was no problem and easily blocked by Orlandoni. Then it was Servet who fouled Eto'o in the 18th minute; Sneijder stepped up to take it with his right, which forced a reflex save out of Aykut for a corner. Galatasaray convincingly pushed forward, cheered on by a stadium practically full of Turkish fans. The middle part of the match was lifeless and characterised by many aimless back and forth kicks. In the 31st minute Arda woke things up with a vertical pass for Ujfalusi, whose cross went begging but found no one to tap it in. Five minutes later the same type of action took place and Chivu's intervention was crucial when he cleared for a corner. Then on the ensuing play Servet's lightning header was punched away by Orlandoni's reflex response. In the 38th minute Inter constructed a great move when Castaignos touched the ball to Eto'o, whose powerful shot smacked the inside of the post. Shortly afterwards Nagatomo crossed for Castaignos, but his close range header was expertly saved by Aykut.

After 3 minutes of injury time the half ended at 0-0.

SECOND HALF – The start of the second half saw Caldirola replace Chivu. The Turks immediately threatened in spaces through Sabri and Ujfalusi before Obi and Caldirola began to shore things up. In the 57th minute Pandev, Faraoni, Bianchetti and Longo entered the pitch. The play was at a lower pace in the second half, in which Stankovic and Eto'o moved to the bench for Mariga and Pazzini. In the 67th minute a smoke flare was set off in a section of Galatasaray fans, which forced Winkmann to stop the game due to poor visibility; the Galatasaray captain Arda addressed the crowd with a microphone to calm the situation, but 3 minutes passed before the play could resume. In the 71st minute Ujfalusi earned a corner that was taken by Selcuk; from the middle of the fray Arda headed just wide of Orlandoni's post. In the 78th minute, after a nice solo effort from Longo, Ceyhun's foul on Pandev earned a free kick for Inter; Muntari served with his left and Longo leapt to meet it but the ball went into touch. Slightly before the 90-minute mark Winkmann whistled to end the match at 0-0.

For the Nerazzurri, the next match will take place on Saturday 30 July in Dublin against Celtic.

SAMUEL 7: Il Galatasaray preme e si mostra maggiormente a proprio agio sul terreno di Bochum. Ma il 'Muro' è tornato e la sua presenza si fa sentire subito: concretezza allo stato puro.

CHIVU 6,5: Il romeno non delude come terzo di sinistra della difesa a tre: ottimi piedi in fase di disimpegno e la solita abnegazione quando si tratta di chiudere ogni varco. Esce dopo il primo tempo per fare spazio al giovane Caldirola.

dal 1' st CALDIROLA 6,5: Gasperini lo piazza terzino sinistro nella rinnovatissima difesa a 4 che sa più di Primavera che di vera Inter. Lui non si scompone e chiude tutto quello che passa dalle sue parti.

NAGATOMO 6: Era al rientro dopo il risentimento muscolare che gli ha un po' rallentato la preparazione. Yuto, però, resta affidabilissimo in ogni zona del campo. Cross al bacio quello per Castaignos e solo un ottimo Aykut nega la rete.

dal 12' st FARAONI 6: Spinge poco, in antitesi con le sue peculiarità, però in difesa non sbaglia un colpo. Gasp lo piazza nuovamente come terzino destro e l'ex Lazio non delude affatto.

SNEIJDER 6: Qualche spunto dei suoi, ma la sensazione di sofferenza contro un centrocampo più folto come quello turco resta. Controindicazione inevitabile: il segreto sta nell'avere un maggior possesso palla di squadra.

dal 12' st LONGO 6: Conferma le ottime impressioni delle prime uscite: grande personalità, ottima qualità e voglia di mettersi in mostra.

STANKOVIC 6,5: Lotta e corre come fosse già un match ufficiale. Si danna anche per coprire i compagni. Pronti via offre a Sneijder una gran palla e poi va al tiro. Leader vero: forse l'unico nerazzurro a leggere l'incontro come fanno quelli del Galatasaray.

dal 17' st MARIGA 6: La ripresa non è il banco di prova migliore per testare e farsi notare, ma l'ex Parma riesce comunque a mettersi al servizio dei compagni, utilizzando fisico e freschezza atletica.

OBI 6: Gioca esterno di sinistra del centrocampo e prova a collaborare con Chivu e Alvarez. Si vede poco, ma non sfigura. Nella ripresa offre il suo ottimo contributo in mezzo al campo dopo l'uscita di Sneijder.

dal 32' st MUNTARI 6: Qualche rischio di troppo in fase di disimpegno, ma per il resto anche i suoi sono 15 minuti sufficienti.

ALVAREZ 5: Il Galatasaray è già in clima campionato e, soprattutto, non è il Trentino Team. Ricardito appare troppo timido e spesso si perde in giocate inutili. La preparazione fisica comincia a pesare sulle gambe dell'ex Vélez. Cresce il convincimento che non sia propriamente un esterno: il passo è chiaramente quello di un centrocampista centrale con gran qualità, ma poca corsa.

dal 32' st CRISETIG sv: Ultimo spezzone di gara e solo il tempo di mettere un filtrante per Pazzini.

CASTAIGNOS 5: Peccato per quel miracolo di Aykut sulla sua incornata a botta sicura. Per il resto, però, fa pochino, anche se con la sua generosità tenta di dare una mano anche arretrando. Senza dimenticare che gioca esterno del tridente, in un ruolo non suo.

dal 12' st PANDEV 6: Si sa: quando i cambi prendono il sopravvento nelle amichevoli estive, sono gli attacchi a subirne maggiormente i contraccolpi. Il macedone ci mette la volontà di chi sa che si sta giocando un posto in squadra, ma la squadra lo assiste poco e male.

ETO'O 6,5: Un palo clamoroso e tante botte ricevute. Samuel torna prima punta forse nel match meno probante, visti i colleghi di reparto improvvisati. La qualità, però, è sempre quella e la difesa di Terim trema spesso.

dal 17' st PAZZINI sv: Gioca quasi mezzora, ma resta ingiudicabile.

ALL. GASPERINI 6: Il suo 3-4-3, in realtà, è molto più malleabile di quanto non si pensi. Ad esempio, a inizio azione, dietro si passa a 4 in linea, con Nagatomo che si abbassa e Chivu che si allarga. L'esperimento di Sneijder mediano riesce a metà: ottimo in fase di possesso, meno quando si tratta di contrastare le avanzate avversarie. Da rivedere anche gli schemi offensivi: troppi i titolari assenti per capirci qualcosa. Quello che è certo è che il gruppo appare unito e tutti remano dalla stessa parte: già questo è un ottimo inizio.

7月27日阿皮亚诺詹蒂莱消息 - 放假两天后，蓝黑军团周三下午回到安杰洛·莫拉蒂体育中心，在雨中进行训练，备战7月30和31日在都柏林的两场比赛。


热身之后，球员们进行了一系列技术和战术练习，包括练习赛，重点在于控球。由于雨下得较大，球队进入健身房，在室内场地各自完成训练。

蒂亚戈·莫塔与队友们一起参加了全程训练。

科尔多瓦、迪詹纳罗、若纳坦和里瓦斯继续个人康复练习。

周四上午和下午各有一次训练，不对外开放。若纳坦将在13:30举行发布会，正式亮相，国际米兰频道直播。

7月28日阿皮亚诺詹蒂莱消息 - 加斯佩里尼带队从10点开始今天的第一次训练，热身过后是战术和技术练习，注重速度。迪詹纳罗、科尔多瓦、若纳坦和里瓦斯继续个人的康复运动。

下午若纳坦将举行亮相仪式，全队还将训练一次。

体坛周报记者王勤伯、唐杨科报道 上周日在波鸿对加拉塔萨雷的热身赛上，当国际米兰门将卡斯特拉齐被对方前锋撞晕倒地时，斯坦科维奇像箭一样冲到队友身边，掰开卡斯特拉齐的嘴巴，第一时间检查伤者有没将舌头吞入喉咙的危险。一名老将的经验，不仅体现在比赛进行中，在这样一些性命攸关的时刻也是关键的。不出意外，在上周日热身赛上佩戴袖标出场的斯坦科维奇也将在北京鸟巢的超级德比中出任蓝黑队长。在国际米兰中文官网（inter.titan24.com）的协助下，斯坦科维奇接受了《体坛周报》的提问。



这是国际米兰第二次去北京参加超级杯。能否回忆一下2009年的经历？
斯坦科维奇：第一次去北京参加超级杯留下的最深刻印象，就是中国蓝黑球迷们的热情。我记得他们是如此数量众多，无论是在旅馆外、训练场还是比赛场，他们都在等候我们。他们不仅人数多，而且很有礼貌。很可惜，我们没能赢下对拉齐奥的比赛。我们控制了比赛，创造了很多进球机会，但对方门将穆斯莱拉都给扑了出来。但后来，国际米兰在接下来的整个赛季中展现出了那场比赛中的很多内容，赢得了所有的荣誉：意甲、意大利杯和欧冠。北京为我们带来了好运，尽管坦白说，当一个人想起米兰德比的时候，首先想到的是圣西罗，这次在远离米兰的地方比赛，将是一次全新的经历。

塞尔维亚是和中国职业足球界进行交流最多的国家。很多塞尔维亚教练和球员都有在中国工作的经历，科萨诺维奇、杜伊科维奇、桑特拉奇、佩特科维奇……你和他们曾谈起中国体育吗？
斯坦科维奇：是的，中国和塞尔维亚直接有很多的体育文化交流，老实说，我也不知道原因是什么。他们时常谈起中国体育，不仅仅是足球，还有别的项目，中国运动员富有热情、激情、比赛愿望和纪律感。

北京鸟巢已经举办过2008年奥运会足球决赛、2009年意大利超级杯等足球赛事，这块场地上还从未有过远距离吊射的出现，你是否准备好了届时从中场来一脚？
斯坦科维奇：这个问题让我非常开心，尽管很显而易见——我无法承诺会完成一个中场进球。中场射门进球是不能承诺的事，取决于一些很偶然的情形，虽然此类进球也不是全靠运气。我进过两次中场吊射，一次是意甲对热那亚，一次是上赛季欧冠比赛中对沙尔克04. 两个进球的射门动作都来自瞬间的本能判断：我看到有机会起脚，就做出了尝试。我从来没有进行过中场射门训练，但远射属于我的特长之一，我的职业生涯中有过不少次禁区外破门。别忘了，在北京我们踢的是德比，对AC米兰，我也有过禁区外射门破网的先例……

马特拉齐是一名很受中国蓝黑球迷喜欢的球员。很遗憾今年夏天他结束了蓝黑生涯，国际米兰更衣室在今年夏训中感觉到对马特拉齐的想念吗？
斯坦科维奇：马可（马特拉齐）不仅是更衣室的一员，而且永远会是我们的朋友。对我个人来说，变化还不是太大，因为我和他是邻居……但对于其他队友来说，或许会想念他的怒吼、他的玩笑，以及他希望为球队作出一些积极的、有建设性工作的不变热情。马可是一个将自己奉献给国际米兰的典范，尤其因为这一点，我们会想念他。

国际米兰主席莫拉蒂说：“我喜欢加斯佩里尼工作的方式，他在把自己的技战术思路贯彻给球队，希望为球队建立一种新的风貌。”你能否向我们讲述一些新教练带来的新内容？
斯坦科维奇：加斯佩里尼教练对自己的工作富有自信而且充满热爱，他准备充分又注重观察细节。我们在一起工作才刚刚几个星期，正在相互了解，但已经有了不错的感觉。现在我们的准备工作就像储备汽油，为了在北京的比赛到来之前做好准备。在现阶段，热身赛状态出现高低起伏是正常的。我们今年是从零开始，新教练、新训练方法，但也是崭新的希望赢得一切的愿望。就像2009年，从我们离开北京开始，一步一步，我们赢得了全部。

Ivan Ramiro Cordoba spoke about his 35th birthday, the 12th with Inter.
