是不是故意，最后还是要依靠裁判的主管判断。有不少最近培训过裁判的朋友讨论了这个问题，怎么是故意手球判断都很含糊，最后大家承认，属于可判可不判。
我的解释是他本意是要用身体挡球，身体确实在向球移动，但速度不够，不小心手碰到了。属于主动失误手球，应该判。
参考情况，防守队员主动铲球，但是速度不够快，前锋快一步，结果铲倒对方前锋。这不能说不是故意想要铲人就不判吧。

不管怎么说，kewell还是挺杯具的，希望澳洲下一场能赢打了两场假球的塞尔维亚，也别搞得太惨了

Handling the ball involves a deliberate act of a player making contact with the ball with his hand or arm. The referee must take the following into consideration:
•        the movement of the hand towards the ball (not the ball towards the hand)
•        the distance between the opponent and the ball (unexpected ball)
•        the position of the hand does not necessarily mean that there is an infringement
•        touching the ball with an object held in the hand (clothing, shinguard, etc.) counts as an infringement
•        hitting the ball with a thrown object (boot, shinguard, etc.) counts as an infringement

如果是和糖尿病类似的病，应该没有大问题。不能根治但能控制就好。也许医生想表达的是如果不用药物控制，他的生命才会有危险。
