MILAN - The funeral of Guido Susini was held today at the church in Villa Pedergnano, Brescia province. Inter and AC Milan, the two football clubs Guido worked for during his career, have decided to set up a scholarship for his children Andrea, Luca and Rebecca.

VILLA PEDERGNANO (BRESCIA) - The funeral of Guido Susini took place today at the church in Villa Pedergnano, Brescia province. No one was missing. Absolutely no one, because besides being a respected and highly thought of manager in Italy and Europe, Guido was a dear friend for many.

From president Massimo Moratti, Roberto Mancini and his coaching staff, all the players, those who work at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti and the stadium, the whole of Inter was there to bid farewell to Guido Susini. Inter's standard bearers at the funeral were Daniele Bernazzani's Allievi Nazionali players

Guido also worked for AC Milan during his career. The Rossoneri's standard was on display to the left of the altar. Representing the club were Silvano Ramaccioni, Carlo Ancelotti, Alessandro Costacurta, Clarence Seedrof, Dario Simic, Giuseppe Favalli and Christian Brocchi.

The funeral was also attended by many close friends of Guido, inhabitants of the Franciacorta area where he made his home, and various personalities from the world of football, including Luigi Simoni, Riccardo Ferri, Benoit Cauet, Adelio Moro, Gianfranco Bedin, Evaristo Beccalossi and Osvaldo Bagnoli. There were floral tributes from Mircea Lucescu and Roy Hodgson who were unable to attend.

It was an emotional final farewell to Guido. Everybody's thoughts go out to his splendid family.

The eye-catching store, with its two huge display windows facing directly onto the street and Inter's 'Biscione' logo on a large poster, is located within the 21st Century Sports City commercial centre in Shanghai's busy Sichuan Road North shopping area.

Open seven days a week, from ten in the morning until ten in the evening, Inter Store Shanghai offers a full range of official Inter products. MILAN - Mario Corso, a member of the Great Inter team which won 3 Scudettos during the 1960s (he won a fourth with the Nerazzurri in 1971), 2 European Cups and 2 Intercontinental Cups, celebrates his 66th birthday today. The legendary attacking midfielder, nicknamed 'God's left foot' for his divine free kicks, was born on 25 August 1941 in San Michele Extra, Verona province. In Inter's centenary season Corso will celebrate 50 years with the Nerazzurri, having arrived at the club in 1957.

Today also marks the 66th birthday of ex-Inter forward Angelo Domenghini, who wore black and blue from 1964-1969.

MILAN - F.C. Internazionale will officially unveil its partnership with Volvo Auto Italia in a press conference at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza tomorrow lunchtime ahead of the Serie A opener against Udinese, the first league match of Inter's centenary season.

F.C. Internazionale CEO and general director Ernesto Paolillo and Volvo Auto Italia CEO Michele Crisci will preside over tomorrow's press conference in the ex-Sala Boccali (press area), to start at 13:30.

PAVIA - Marco Materazzi was admitted to the orthopaedic clinic at the San Matteo hospital in Pavia during the night following the right thigh injury suffered in the final minutes of the first half of Italy's friendly against Hungary.

On his arrival at the clinic run by professor Francesco Benazzo, the Inter defender underwent Doppler ultrasound, magnetic resonance and ultrasound tests. Assisted by Inter's chief of medical staff Franco Combi, the player underwent surgery late this morning to drain the diagnosed hematoma using an endoscopy, and under ultrasound control.

During the operation, which lasted approximately one hour, the hematoma was successfully removed without making large incisions. The pressure on the inside of the thigh was reduced to avoid muscular necrosis and allow the player to start rehabilitation therapy with a timeframe to be determined.

Inter's medical staff wishes to thank the Italian national team's medical staff for their collaboration.

PAVIA - After undergoing surgery yesterday, Marco Materazzi spent the night in the orthopaedic clinic at Pavia's San Matteo hospital. The defender received a visit from Inter's chief of medical staff Franco Combi this morning. He will undergo routine checks during the day.

本周末国际米兰客场挑战桑普多利亚，俱乐部冬季转会头牌詹保罗·帕奇尼感触良多。

MILANO - Un film che racconta i 16 anni di Javier Zanetti con la maglia dell'Inter. Un film sull'uomo, sulle sue origini, sull'etica che rappresenta in un mondo calcistico sempre più in crisi. Un film sul grande capitano nerazzurro, dal record di scudetti consecutivi fino alla storica tripletta del 2010.



JZ4, scritto e diretto da Carlo A. Sigon e Simone Scafidi, è un film dedicato al capitano Javier Zanetti. Raccontato con la formula della docufiction (un misto di interviste e di sequenze cinematografiche), è un film biografico inventivo e atipico. Se da una parte, grazie a contributi di repertorio e a interviste inedite a personalità del mondo del calcio (soprattutto nerazzurro) e ad amici e parenti del capitano, si ricostruirà la carriera di Javier attraverso le tappe cruciali sul campo, dall'altra ci saranno quattro storie di fiction, ambientate a Buenos Aires, sua città natale dove, con il respiro e il ritmo del cinema, si insceneranno momenti salienti della vita del campione argentino. Proprio in questo aspetto risiede il fascino dell'opera: non saranno ricostruzioni fedeli della reale storia umana e calcistica di Zanetti, ma sarà un racconto cinematografico in quattro capitoli, nei quali si rifletterà la vita del capitano interista, attraverso vicende che ricordano quella di Pupi, con quattro protagonisti differenti nella Buenos Aires di oggi.

Un bambino che sogna di diventare calciatore, un ragazzo che deve abbandonare la propria città per inseguire un sogno, un giovane uomo che deve lottare contro i fallimenti, e un uomo di successo che si dedica ad aiutare il prossimo. Quattro storie, quattro età differenti, quattro modi per vedere l'eccezionalità della vita di Zanetti in quattro vicende che riflettono la normale singolarità del capitano neroazzurro. Un'opera dal respiro cinematografico, con un occhio attento al fascino, alla forza evocativa sia del contesto e delle location (l'Argentina in particolare) sia dell'aspetto umano e toccante delle varie testimonianze che si incontreranno. JZ4, prodotto da Enormous Films e Indiana Production, è un film per i tifosi interisti, per tutte le persone che amano i veri campioni, al di là dei colori della divisa, e per chi vede nel cinema una forma d'arte capace di emozionare e stupire attraverso il racconto per immagini.

JZ4 è un progetto nato per sostenere "La Fundacion PUPI", creata da Javier e da sua moglie Paula, che dal 2001 porta un indispensabile sostegno ai bambini poveri e diversamente abili delle periferie di Buenos Aires. Una fondazione che, nel corso degli anni, è diventata fonte di concreta speranza per decine e decine di ragazzini. Un altro esempio dell'umanità di Zanetti, che per questa importante iniziativa convoglia gran parte delle sue energie e della sua responsabilità.

Un'iniziativa tutta speciale resa ancora più preziosa da un'intervista esclusiva al presidente Massimo Moratti che racconta "il suo Javier Zanetti": da quella videocassetta di una partita della nazionale argentina under 17, nella quale rimase impressionato da quel ragazzo "che correva e dribblava, dribblava e correva e mai cadeva" fino alle lacrime del capitano nerazzurro "diventato simbolo dell'Inter dopo quel terribile 5 maggio", quando "a Siena nell'aprile 2007 alzava lo scudetto". Perchè, proprio come confessa sorridendo il presidente Moratti: "Da Zanetti ti aspetti che fuori dal campo non sia così professionale, preciso, leale, sereno e invece di Zanetti c'è proprio solo e soltanto quello".
