(dpa) - El presidente de la AFA, Julio Grondona aseguró la noche del jueves que la entidad que encabeza ofreció al seleccionado nacional para realizar algún partido a beneficio de las víctimas de los atentados registrados en Madrid, donde hubo casi 200 muertos y más de 1.400 heridos.
"Lo primero que se me ocurrió fue hablar con el presidente de la Real Federación Española de Fútbol (RFEF), Angel Villar, para que el seleccionado argentino esté a disposición para cualquier tipo de ayuda económica", le dijo Grondona a la agencia local Télam.
AFA president Julio Grondona stated Thursday night that he will offer the national team for a match to benefit the victims of the Madrid terror bombing which resulted in almost 200 deaths and 1400 injuries.
"The first thing that occurred to me was to speak with the president of the Spanish football federation, Angel Villar, to say that the Argentina national team is available for any type of economic assistance," Grondona told news agency Telam.
