Matias Almeyda will be available for the game against Empoli after the Inter man had his suspension reduced.
The Argentine was initially ordered to miss three games for his dismissal against Lazio but that has been cut to two by the appeal court.
The midfielder was banned after the disciplinary commission evaluated the disgraceful scenes against his former club on December 21.
Almeyda was sent off for a scuffle with Bernardo Corradi, but then tried to attack his opponent and even took the red card off shocked referee Simone Trefoloni.
The 30-year-old has already missed games against Lecce and Parma which now makes him available for selection once more.
Boss Alberto Zaccheroni will be delighted with the news as he has also been without the injured Cristiano Zanetti in recent times
