“巴蒂斯塔”国青次战1;2输给Deportivo Madryn队。

本场比赛好像是为纪念Madryn俱乐部的球场建成一周年和命名举行的。因而比赛的输赢不是很重要。上半场国青队表现的不错，充分发挥自己的优点，并由拉普拉塔前锋内里亚Neira打入一球。

不过在下半场，国青的体力出了问题，但考虑对手是成人队，而且下半场几乎是换上了另一帮球员，而国青下半场仅换了两个人，国青体力不支是可以理解的。而国青队队员的经验不足又导致国青在最后五分钟让对手连入两球（虽然门将莫内蒂之前扑出对方一点球的前锋），从而也让球队一比二告负。

好在国青队主教练和球员并没有太在意本场比赛的失利，毕竟这支国青队才刚组建，而本场比赛又是一场友谊赛，现在重要的是比赛的历练，而不是输赢。

下面是afa上巴蒂斯塔第一次作为国青主教练接受媒体的访问时的新闻，里面讲到了巴蒂斯塔的执教风格，有兴趣的筒子们可以翻译翻译。

. Feliz por la designación. Estoy muy contento con esta designación que empezaremos a desarrollar de lleno el próximo mes de febrero. El señor Julio Grondona tuvo el fino gesto de convocarme, algo que mucho valoro y que jamás olvidaré; quizá también hoy hubiera estado aquí de haber continuado al frente Tocalli, pero Hugo decidió marginarse y las cosas se dieron así. Entonces el presidente de la AFA decidió que yo hablara con el señor Enrique Merelas y ahí arreglamos mi incorporación.

. Cambiar no estaría bien. Creo que no sería prudente. José Pekerman y Hugo Tocalli trabajaron muy bien. Y eso está a la vista. Mi intención es agregar algunas cosas, otros proyectos que ya tomarán cuerpo y verán la luz creo que no dentro de mucho tiempo. La idea es darle la posibilidad a los chicos de todos los sectores y de todo el país. El plan es abarcativo y muy ambicioso.

. La infraestructura que hay en Ezeiza. Esa infraestructura me favorece. Y algo no menos importante: que entre los colaboradores quedaron profesionales de gran nivel, preparadores físicos, un cuerpo excelente de médicos, empleados y gente que conozco desde mi etapa de jugador. Todo inmejorable. De primerísimo nivel.

. Trabajo en todas las categorías. Hay que darle a los chicos un trabajo en todas las categorías. Empezando con los infanto juveniles de la Sub 15, sin desatender esa formidable cantera de los Sub 17 y 20. Mi intención, por la que trabajaré hasta el cansancio, será dejarle a la Selección Mayor una buena cantidad de elementos.

. La propuesta futbolística. Mi propuesta es que los muchachos tengan buen juego, criterio, equilibrio. Claro que quiero ganar, cómo no voy a querer ganar, pero a través de mis años como jugador y luego como orientador, ratifiqué, porque de eso siempre estuve convencido, que los resultados llegan de la mano del orden, del trabajo y del buen trato de pelota. Un todo. Para alcanzar resultados hay que preparar a los chicos. Elegir a aquellos que uno entiende tienen técnica y capacidad. No errarle a la materia prima para luego ir sumando la táctica. Eso se logra con el correr de las prácticas, en especial con los más chiquitos.

. Gustos compartidos. A Pekerman y Tocalli les gustaba lo mismo que a mí: jugar bien el balón, la prolijidad, la entrega... Y no nos vamos a apartar de esa línea de trabajo.
Quiero y necesito convocar a los mejores. A los que traten bien la pelota y mentalizarlos para ganar partidos y títulos, porque así lo exige la historia.

两场比赛下来，国青的阵型和国家队一样——4312。下面将一些两场比赛都上场的球员列一下，他们很可能就是国青的主干了：

门将是拉普拉塔的莫内蒂Monetti，右后卫是河床的E.马丁内斯，中卫原U17的队长F.梅萨Meza，场上队长后腰博卡贝纳维德斯Benavides，中锋博卡的G.罗德里格斯

另外左后卫是拉努斯法西奥里Faccioli两场比赛都有上场，但考虑之前的主力Bittolo受伤，而且该位置上还有因苏亚，奥里瓦，卡德拉戈等人选，法西奥里要打上主力还很难说。博卡的中场Cabrera也打满了两场，第一场左前卫，第二场前腰，从他是多面手考虑，他也很难会是巴蒂斯塔的主力人选。

（图一：U17青年队主帅何塞·路易斯·布朗） （图二：U15青年队主帅埃克托尔·恩里克） 　　塞尔吉奥·巴蒂斯塔最近选定了他的教练组成员。去年率领U20青年队战绩辉煌并勇夺加拿大世青赛冠军的前主帅乌戈·托卡里的儿子阿莱杭德罗·托卡里出任体能教练。 　　巴蒂斯塔不久前才被任命为阿根廷国奥队主帅，他的本职则是U20青年队主教练，而U20青年队今年初就有比赛要打。同时他还兼任阿根廷各级青年队总协调人一职。为了更好地统领各级别青年队，他将任命何塞·路易斯·布朗和埃克托尔·恩里克分别出任U17和U15青年队主帅。除此之外，守门员教练可能由米盖尔·安赫尔·桑托罗担当。 　　同时，巴蒂斯塔还打算在国内发掘足球人才，准备在各地建造培训中心，并由国家队相关人员直接负责。这一计划的总协调人将是赫拉多·萨洛里奥，门多萨的训练中心由莱奥·卢克负责，科尔多瓦则是埃克托尔·巴雷，北方训练中心的负责人是何塞·丹尼尔·瓦伦西亚，恩特雷里奥斯省的则是在美洲杯后离开国家队的罗伯托·阿亚拉。 　　巴蒂斯塔的另一项提议是重新举办“阿根廷杯”，但增加仅限青年球员参赛的限制。在他的计划中，阿根廷杯的决赛圈队伍将由国内A、B、C、D四个级别的联赛冠军以及12支国内其他球队共同组成。
