Ortega debutó en Newell's y dejó chispazos de su talento
Rosario , 9/12/2004 (FUTBOLARGENTINO.COM).  (dpa) - Ariel "Burrito" Ortega debutó oficialmente este domingo con la camiseta de Newell's Old Boys, luego de 19 meses de inhabilitación, y dejó chispazos de su talento, pese al tiempo inactivo.

Ortega debutó en el 1-1 que protagonizaron Newell's y Banfield en el Parque Independencia. Esta vez lució el número "7" y los colores rojo y negro, y no la clásica camiseta blanca con la banda roja de River Plate, club en el que se inició y vivió sus momentos de gloria.

La gente no lo recibió como un "ídolo", y si bien el "Coloso del Parque" tuvo a más de 30.000 personas en sus tribunas, las banderas de recibimiento para el "Burrito" brillaron por su ausencia, pese a la expectativa que se vivió.

Precisamente esa expectativa se sintió en el hecho de que 250 periodistas de todo el país y de algunos medios extranjeros se acreditaron para vivir el regreso al fútbol del habilidoso jugador.

Si bien Ortega demostró que su calidad está intacta, tal vez sintió la falta de actividad, Newell's es un equipo carente de vuelo y con pocas ideas como para intentar algo en serio.

"Terminé un poco cansado, pero normal. La verdad jugué más o menos. No me puedo dar un puntaje", sostuvo Ortega, quien comentó que pasó un día tranquilo y nunca estuvo nervioso por su vuelta.

Sus amagues siguen siendo una de sus marcas registradas, y los defensores debieron recurrir a la falta para pararlo, aunque en otras ocasiones abusó de la simulación.

"Orteguita" comenzó por derecha, luego se volcó en izquierda y participó en la jugada del gol de Newell's, cuando se juntó con Rubén Capria y el juvenil Ignacio Scocco (22') mandó el balón a la red. Pero no aportó algo diferente.

Tras el partido y en un programa del canal América TV, Ortega tuvo oportunidad de dialogar con el entrenador de River, Leonardo Astrada, ex compañero suyo y quien le reconoció su felicidad por la vuelta del "Burrito" al fútbol profesional, además de hablar con el delantero de Boca Guillermo Barros Schelotto.

El jugador, nacido hace 30 años en la norteña provincia argentina de Jujuy, señaló: "Esperaba este día para poder jugar y ahora me gustaría ponerme bien físicamente para poder demostrar lo que sé".

El próximo compromiso de Newell's será ante Argentinos Juniors, y luego decidirá sobre su situación la Federación Internacional de Fútbol Asociado (FIFA), ya que la autorización que tiene para jugar es por 10 días. Ese es el lapso en el que el club rosarino debe llegar a un acuerdo con el Fenerbahce de Turquía para hacerse con el pase definitivo del jugador.

Ortega debuted in Newell' s and left chispazos of its talent Rosary, 9/12/2004 (FUTBOLARGENTINO COM).  (Dpa) - Ariel "Burrito" Ortega debuted officially this Sunday with the undershirt of Newell' s Old Boys, after 19 months of disqualification, and left chispazos of its talent, despite al inactive time.  


Ortega debuted in the 1-1 that they starred in Newell' s and Banfield in the Park Independence.  This time lit up the number "7" and the black and red colors, and not the classical white undershirt with the red band of River Plate, club in which was initiated and lived its moments of glory.
